  • Emergency Services: 24/7 response for urgent repairs (e.g., active leaks, storm damage).

2. Estimates & Payments

  • Free Estimates: Provided after an onsite assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  • Deposits: Required for large projects (e.g., full roof replacements).
  • Payment Methods: Cash, check, credit/debit cards, or financing options.
  • Late Payments: A 1.5% monthly fee may apply for overdue balances.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 fee.
  • Weather Delays: Postponements due to unsafe conditions (e.g., heavy rain, high winds) will be rescheduled at no cost.

4. Warranties & Guarantees

  • Workmanship Warranty: Covers labor for [X] years (specific duration outlined in contract).
